Sunday Mini Styles #5

Because I can't pull off shorty shorts, so I'll live vicariously through my daughter....

Have you seen? I'm running a giveaway on the blog. This week I wrote a post about my top 9 weaning essentials and I decided to put together a pack with my favourite Tommee Tippee weaning products to giveaway. The giveaway is open until 7th of May. You can find out the dealio and enter here.

I seriously can not be trusted in the baby clothes section of any shop. In the last couple of weeks I decided that I needed to stock up on some clothes for her in the next few sizes up that would also be suitable for warmer weather.

I got what I needed plus way too much more.

But a baby girl can never have too many cute threads right?

As you can probably tell, I just love shopping for and styling my daughter. My mum told me that I was dressing myself by the time I was 2 and changing my outfit 5 times a day so I guess it was destined to happen.

I absolutely adore this weeks outfit.

Maggie & Zoe shorts and t-shirt set (purchased from tkmaxx)
Monsoon Kids headband
Monsoon Kids shoes

Her hair is getting so long and curly. I will have to start putting it up or braiding it soon.

This week one of my mummy friends said she needed some tips and asked me if there is a method to my baby clothes shopping as she was looking to stock up for her baby girl. I thought about it and really I am not one she should take tips from. I simply make sure she has enough bodysuits and sleepsuits to last a week without washing and buy whatever I think is cute. Not very organised and I end up with way more than I need.

The good thing is, I have more than enough absolutely adorable outfits to share with you all for many Sundays to come.

So do any of you have some advice for my lovely friend and I? How do you go about keeping your little ones wardrobes updated in an orderly and organised fashion?

  6. Oh my - so so gorgeous. Love a bit of lace! I too often base baby's outfit choices on what I'd secretly love to get away with wearing ;)

    1. Thank you! You don't see it in my photos but baby girl wears a bib 90% of the time and she is a big dribbler and sometimes sick. I also cover her - arms and all when I'm feeding her. They still do get destroyed sometimes but hey a baby changes their size every 3 months! :) x
