Losing Baby Weight Challenge Update: Nov 25th 2015

My weight loss challenge has been coming along nicely this week. My determination and will power is very much sticking around thankfully. I did have an overindulgent cheat day on the weekend. I felt like I needed it at the time but now I am kicking myself because our holiday is creeping up and every little effort is going to help shift those pounds.

Here are this weeks results:

A loss is a loss and I'm happy. I'll be pushing for more pounds shed this week for sure though!

Diet: I'm keeping a pretty similar routine. No more than 1200 calories each day - except for Saturday which was my cheat day. I've been having the same things I normally have for breakfast and lunch and trying to keep snacking to a minimum. For dinner I've been liking warm vegetable salads. My favourite one was a delicious broccoli, sweet potato, tomato and feta creation tossed in a balsamic dressing and flaked almonds. It really filled me up. I think this may be my new obsession.
Exercise: No real changes. Walks to the park when it's not raining (although these days we have to make a stop at the playground rather than a straight power walk). When it's raining we take a walk into town where there's shelter. We also just walk anywhere we need to go for the day. I haven't had any more time to think about home work outs. Why can't there be more hours in the day?

Right, this week I'm going to smash it. Wish me luck! :)
